【Product Features】

High-aluminum alumina fiber has excellent thermal insulation and high temperature resistance (1600 ℃). A small amount of silica (SiO2) is added to the fiber to control the crystal structure and inhibit grain growth. At the same time, it has a high alpha phase content, which makes the fiber have good corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance, as well as low heat capacity and low thermal conductivity.

Good high temperature stability: Low shrinkage at high temperature (1600℃) ensures long service life in the most demanding applications.

Low thermal conductivity: Very low slag ball level means lower thermal conductivity, which saves fuel and quickly returns on investment.

Chemical corrosion resistance: High content of alumina and low content of silica ensure chemical stability under most industrial process conditions.

Excellent elasticity: The unique manufacturing method makes the fiber have excellent elasticity at high temperature.
